Three transnational meetings were held under the scope of our project. The meetings were tried to be distributed at equal intervals to the project that lasted for two years. The first meeting is the General Preparation Meeting (M1) held on 23.05.2016 - 24.05.2016 in the city of Granada, Spain. All partners of the project partner were represented at the meeting. The total number of participants is 16. Two experts from the Turkish National Agency participated in the meeting to conduct on-site audits. At this meeting; the work to be done in the preparation, evaluation and dissemination process is concluded. Project work plan finalized. Cultural and pedagogical preparatory activities were identified. Mail group was created and all contracts signed by internal partners. Criteria for hearing impaired participants to be included in the pilot application were determined and application forms were prepared. Communication strategy and targets have been set. Measures to be taken against the foreseen risks have been clarified.
(M2) Evaluation Meeting was held in Doncaster, England on 25.01.2017 - 26.01.2017 while completing the first year of our Project. At this meeting, the work carried out from the beginning of the project to the day of the meeting was evaluated. The measures that need to be taken and the improvement work are connected. Dissemination and sustainability studies have been strengthened. Total number of participants is 16.
(M3) Final Meeting was held in İzmir on 09.11.2017 - 10.11.2017. The most important agenda item of the meeting was the prepared certificate program. The program was discussed in detail at the meeting, necessary arrangements and changes were made. Decisions were been made for sustainability studies of the project. It was decided to submit a project application to the National Agency of Spain as a follow-up project under the name of Sign Guides-II due to positive and successful cooperation during the project.
