The first meeting is the General Preparation Meeting (M1) held on 23.05.2016 - 24.05.2016 in the city of Granada, Spain. All partners of the project partner were represented at the meeting. The total number of participants is 16. Two experts from the Turkish National Agency participated in the meeting to conduct on-site audits. At this meeting; the work to be done in the preparation, evaluation and dissemination process is concluded. Project work plan finalized. Cultural and pedagogical preparatory activities were identified. Mail group was created and all contracts signed by internal partners. Criteria for hearing impaired participants to be included in the pilot application were determined and application forms were prepared. Communication strategy and targets have been set. Measures to be taken against the foreseen risks have been clarified.
